Welch Scar Therapy, LLC provides supportive, education-based manual therapy services. Individual experiences vary and results are not guaranteed.

4. Scheduling and Appointments (Vagaro)

Appointments are scheduled through Vagaro, our third-party booking platform. Our website provides a link to Vagaro for booking. By booking through Vagaro, you also agree to Vagaro’s terms and policies.

Post-operative timing note

Post-operative sessions are scheduled once healing is complete and you have been cleared by your medical provider.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen. To be fair to all clients:

24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you do not provide 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. You are responsible for the full session fee.

Late cancellation and no-show fees must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

6. Payments

Accepted payment methods include: Check, Cash, Debit Card, American Express, Discover, Visa, Venmo and MasterCard.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

7. Email Communications (Mailchimp)

If you subscribe to our email list, we may send educational content, updates, or announcements via Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

8. Communications by Phone/Text/Email and Website Forms

If you contact us by phone, text, email, or contact form, you consent to receive responses through those channels. Standard message and data rates may apply. Please avoid sending sensitive medical information via website forms or unencrypted email.
